QuickWhack
QuickWhack is a single-player arcade game in which you clear rats from the hatches of a moonlit tiki deck in sixty-second shifts. This page explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
QuickWhack does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
Information we collect
None. QuickWhack asks for no account, no sign-in, no email address and no profile. There is no registration step and no way to log in, so there is nothing for us to receive. The display name and avatar you can set on the Profile screen are chosen by you, stored only on your device, and never sent anywhere.
Data stored on your device
To make the app work, QuickWhack stores the following only on your device, using the operating system's local storage:
- Your progress through the shifts — best score, star rating and number of plays for each level.
- Lifetime play statistics — total shifts worked, hits landed, rats cleared, Nunzio knockdowns, Canary catches, penalties taken and pickups collected, plus your best score and best streak.
- The profile you set yourself — the display name and avatar shown on the Profile screen.
- In-game currency and daily-reward state — coin balance, total coins earned, daily streak and the day you last claimed.
- Upgrade tiers and unlocked boosts.
- Achievement progress and the time each achievement was unlocked.
- Your accessibility and display preferences — colourblind palette, reduced motion, larger hatches and combo hints.
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to QuickWhack or to any third party. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes all of it permanently.
Permissions
None. QuickWhack requests no runtime permissions at all. Its Android manifest declares no permissions, and its iOS build declares no usage descriptions — it has no access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files or any other protected part of your device.
Network use
QuickWhack is fully offline. The app contains no networking code — no HTTP client, no sockets, no cloud database — and it plays identically in airplane mode. Nothing about you or your play leaves the device.
Third-party services
None. QuickWhack integrates no advertising networks, no analytics or attribution SDKs, no crash reporting, no social plug-ins and no in-app purchase or billing library. The app is built on Flutter with a local SQLite database and nothing else that talks to the outside world.
Children's privacy
QuickWhack is a cartoon arcade game suitable for a general audience. Because it collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children either, and it has no ads, no purchases, no chat and no user-to-user features. There is no children's data for a parent or guardian to review or ask us to delete — beyond the save file on the device itself, which uninstalling removes.
Your rights
Everything QuickWhack stores lives in the app's own sandbox on your device, so you control it directly. Clearing the app's data from your system settings resets your progress, statistics, profile and preferences to a fresh start, and uninstalling QuickWhack deletes all of it permanently. Since nothing is ever transmitted, there is no server-side copy for us to look up, export or erase.
